I got one in each color. They're great for heat control, and giving some friction and light padding to scarves and hats that slide around (especially when its hot and I'm sweating). They don't add any weight to the scarf or hat I'm already wearing -- they're super efficient and light, and they fit right up to the skin without digging into my scalp (I don't get headaches, which is great).

I've found that they're also great for the issue I've had with transparency. Some of my scarves are see-through and I can't wear them comfortably. With the liners, I can add a little backing to them and the scarves don't look transparent anymore. So I got both colors and I can wear the white liner with my lighter colored scarves and the black one with the dark scarves. It's great.

I really recommend these. They fit so well. It's clear that they would fit any head size well -- very elastic, VERY high quality fabric.
