A USPS tracking notice indicated that I should have received my purchase days ago. I suppose someone else is wearing them because they never arrived. One call to Nicki and the order was replaced immediately. No questions asked. Thank goodness because the hair loss wasn't waiting. I've purchased "chemo hair loss products" from other suppliers but Nicki's are by far the best quality that I've found. They fit perfectly, are secure, look feminine and are contemporary. 5 stars for this business woman. Thank you for caring.
