Ultra soft, water repellent wool
felt and fine detail define this timeless cloche. A small
plastic stay holds the brim in place and is not flexible.
One size fits most, up to 23". This wool is very soft and
not itchy. For extra sensitive heads, try a soft touch wig and hat liner.
