 RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Hats, Scarves and More. I appreciate your trust and your business. I strive to offer only the highest quality head coverings and merchandise available.

I hope you are delighted with your order. If any item does not meet your expectations, I want to give you a full, no hassle refund or exchange. It's really pretty simple:

Please ship your return within 30 days  of receiving your order.

I must be able to resell the items as brand new and in perfect condition. All merchandise must be completely new and unworn, with all tags intact. All items must be free of loose hairs, make up, perfume, cigarette smoke and other odors. Please remove your makeup around your hairline before trying on.

 Soft items can be returned in a padded envelope. Feel free to use the same envelope in which they were shipped or similar. Use whatever shipping method is easiest for you. (US mail, UPS, etc) If your hat was shipped in a box, please use the same box or similar so that it doesn't crushed or bent.

NEW: We do not offer free shipping on returns. However, we want to make returns as easy for you as possible. If you would like us to send you a postage paid return label via email that you can print and tape to your package, please reply to your email order or delivery confirmation and request a return label. if you no longer have those email me at nicki@hatsscarvesandmore.com and request a return label.

We will deduct the shipping cost from your refund. You can then leave your package with your outgoing mail and that will save you a trip to the post office and standing in line. Also, we have better shipping rates than what you will get at the post office. A small item will usually ship for around $3.

Please include your invoice or a copy, make a note of what items you are keeping, what you are returning, and what you would like in exchange, if applicable. If you no longer have your invoice, please include a note with your name so I can easily find your order. I can't credit your card if I don't know who you are.

I offer free shipping on exchanges. USA only.

REFUNDS

We will process your refund within 2 days of receiving your package.
