I want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. I offer several ways to place an order, and several payment options. Please choose the method that is easiest and most comfortable for you.

Order by phone:
Browse our online store, select and write down the items you’d like to purchase, (make sure to note color and size) and call me at 1-877-838-6151 Toll Free. Please call between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Pacific time. If you get my voice mail, please tell me how late I can call you back, and please include your time zone.
Feel free to call or email if you have any questions about any of the items in our store, or if you would like me to make suggestions or recommendations for you or for a gift. You can even send a photo of yourself or the person you are buying for, and I can help you select the perfect item.
If the “Ship To” and “Bill To” information are different, I will assume that the order is a gift and I will not include price tags on the item or the invoice. All orders are wrapped in tissue paper and satin ribbon, with a hand written note saying it is from you. If you would like me to say something special, please write it in the comments box at check out.
I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover American Express, Pay Pal or Payments by Amazon for all online orders. When ordering by phone, I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
I hope you are delighted with your order. If any item does not meet your expectations, I will give you a full, no hassle refund or exchange. It’s really pretty simple:
Please ship your return with in 30 days of receiving your order. Scarves, turbans etc may be returned in a padded envelope or a box. Please return hats in a box so that they do not get crushed or bent in the mail. Use whatever shipping method is easiest for you. (US Mail, UPS, etc) It is not necessary to use Priority Mail, however if you use Click and Ship and print your label online, your package can be tracked and there is no additional charge for delivery confirmation. You can include your package with your outgoing mail and save a trip to the post office.
All merchandise must be completely new and unworn, with all tags intact. All items must be free of loose hairs, make up, perfume and other odors.
If a return is made due to an error on my part, I will send you the correct item along with prepaid postage to return the incorrect item. A a detailed Return Policy will also be included in your order.
If you want your new item quicker, place a new order and we’ll refund the original item upon it’s return. Or send back the item you’d like to return, include a note of what you’d like in exchange. If the item you’d like is more expensive, I’ll phone you for payment information. I do not store credit card information. Free shipping on exchanges.
A credit, less shipping charges, will be issued to your card within 5 days.
At Hats, Scarves and More, your privacy and trust are guaranteed. Your information is secure and absolutely confidential. All personal information will be used solely to process your order. I will never phone or email you unless I have a question or important information regarding your order. I will not sell or share your information with anyone, ever.
When you make an online purchase, your personal information and credit card number are sent to a secure server, Authorize.net, using Secure Socket Layer. (SSL)
SSL encrypts (converts) your information into codes that only Authourize.net can recognize. This allows your information to travel safely over the internet, without others accessing it. When shopping on the website you’ll see the web address or URL for that page in the top bar of your browser. When you go to the checkout page, you’ll notice that the URL now has a “https” in front of the page address. That indicates that your connection to the server is secure. Hats, Scarves and More does not have access to your credit card number.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT
When you check out, you will be given the option to create an account or check out as a guest. If you create an account, your name and shipping information will be stored and automatically filled in the next time you shop with us, saving you the time and trouble of listing it again. Your credit card information is not stored with us.
We will not automatically list you on our newsletter / email list. If you would like to join our newsletter for new arrivals, sales and coupons you’ll find the sign up at the bottom of each page.
Don’t you hate high shipping prices? Those so-called “handling fees” that can add 10-30% to your purchase? So do I!
At Hats, Scarves and More, we charge actual shipping prices only, based on the estimated weight of your order. Orders ship next business day. If received before 9:00 a.m. Pacific time it will ship same day. We offer USPS First Class, Priority or Express. Free First Class shipping on orders over $50. Post office boxes okay. If U.S. mail does not deliver to your physical address, please use a post office box or work address.
We are happy to ship orders internationally.
We offer USPS First class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. Express Mail International takes 3-5 business days. Priority Mail International takes 6-10 business days. First Class International is considerably less expensive but usually takes 2-3 weeks.

Customs Charges: Customs charges and policies vary per country and are out of my control. It’s my understanding that declaring your order as a gift does not free it of customs charges in most countries. Please check with your local customs office to find out what your customs charges will be.
